What a great tournament, the competition was hard fought, with the U18s showing there stuff out on the pitch! @lantic would like to congradulate the winners of the Cup. Plate and Bowl competitions. There was great rugby on display at the @lantic 7s Provincials Tournament, and we are proud to sponser a tournament where such talented young men can come out to play.

HS Tygerberg, Champion of Champions Winner for 2011 PDF Print E-mail

The 2011 @lantic 7´s came to an impressive end at the Champion of Champions tournament held at Konka Sports Academy on the 4th and 5th of November.

This tournament was the culmination of hard work by players and coaches during the 2011 @lantic 7´s series and we had unbelievable talent and skill on display.

With the inaugural @lantic 7´s Provincials that took place in October, schools 7´s have now been firmly established as a permanent fixture on the SA rugby calendar.

@lantic 7's Kicks-off in Vryheid PDF Print E-mail

The popular @lantic 7's series for high schools takes place on Friday 21 October and Saturday, 22 October at HS Monument in Krugersdorp. During the past 5 years more than a thousand teams have participated in the @lantic series.

According to Willem Strauss, tournament promoter, the @lantic provincial U/18 7's tournament will take place again this year. "The introduction of the provincial U/18 tournament for 7's and the selection of the SA Schools team has added status to the sport at schools" said Strauss.

7's Champions Vie For @lantic Crown PDF Print E-mail

The tournament to crown the @lantic schools 7's champion of South Africa will take place on Friday 4 November and Saturday 5 November at Konka near Rustenburg. Sixteen of South Africa's top 7's school teams will compete to be crowned as the @lantic champion team. HS Tygerberg from Cape Town are the defending champions.
