The fifth tournament in this year's @lantic series takes place on Saturday at the SWD Academy in George.

During the last tournament at GWK Griquas in Kimberley, HS Noord-Kaap beat HTS Louis Botha in the Cup Final. Jaco Buys of HS Noord-Kaap was named player of the tournament. The winners of the other finals were:

Shield final - HS Homeval vs HTS Kimberley 24 - 0
Bowl final - Griquas Academy vs HS Danielskuil 47 - 7
Plate final - HS Sentraal 1 vs HS Sentraal 2 35 - 5

The matches kick-off on Saturday at 08h30 with the Cup final being played at 16h30.
